Originally from France, Laurent has over 20 years of international experience heading multicultural Sales and Operations teams to manage complex projects. A creative mind and an entrepreneurial spirit have always driven his career in large corporations and start-up ventures. Laurent’s multidisciplinary profile allows him to provide tactical marketing, operational, and IT consulting services to leading European and US companies in a variety of sectors, ranging from news media to financial services, VoIP and mobile telecom, Luxury consumer goods. Laurent holds a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and has been working between France and the USA since 1990, alternating entrepreneurial ventures with extended periods in large corporations such as Group Dassault; Oberthur Technologies or Natixis Global Asset Management.
Kristen Crovo
Senior Consultant
As a seasoned marketing and advertising professional, Kristen brings to GTMC extensive experience in project management with integrated marketing disciplines. Accomplished in B2C and B2B in both corporate and agency arenas, she also possesses expertise in: consumer products, financial services, medical systems, retail, insurance, franchise, travel, and not-for-profit. Prior to her career as a marketing consultant, Kristen served as Management Supervisor in the integrated marketing division of Arnold Worldwide, a nationally-respected marketing agency. There she handled high-profile clients, including: The Washington Post, Sovereign Bank New England, Fidelity, Choice Hotels, The American Legacy Foundation, and The Hartford Financial Services Group. Kristen came to Arnold from its Wickersham Hunt Schwantner division, where she managed the development and execution of DM programs for Bose, Fidelity, and Arbella Insurance. She was also involved with the development of e-commerce sites and microsites for clients such as Choice Hotels. Kristen holds an MBA in marketing from Boston University.
Cecile Garcin

With 15 years of success in Marketing and Sales, Cecile brings not only industry expertise to GTMC, but also a creative strategic vision that drives results. As a result of her leadership in consumer goods brand administration and retail chain development, she has established a reputation for rigorous analytical thought and the ability to build focused and energetic teams. Cecile held a prominent position with Danone Group in France before moving the U.S. in 2005. She is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School in Lille, France and holds a Master’s degree in International Business Affairs from the Universite Paris IX Dauphine.
